The Eagle Landing Concessions Building is set to be the central anchor of the new Eagle Landing Park, providing both functional amenities and a welcoming hub for visitors. Designed with modern architecture and natural materials, the building will feature a covered patio, restrooms, and concession facilities, seamlessly blending into the surrounding landscape. This thoughtfully crafted structure will serve as a gathering place for families and sports enthusiasts, enhancing the overall park experience while reflecting the area's rich heritage through its design and purpose.

After extensive collaboration between the owner, design team, and contractor, this 2,000-square-foot community support facility is now ready to welcome visitors to the new Eagle Landing Park in Fulshear, Texas. Every element—from the naturally ventilated breezeway restrooms that serve more than 20 sports activities to the grab-and-go concessions area designed for seamless third-party vending—was thoughtfully crafted to support the park’s active programming. The steel structure, accented with warm wood soffits and brick masonry, was intentionally composed to complement and elevate the established Tamarron design language of the surrounding community.
